ABOUT CEIA
Welcome,
CEIA is a student chapter at University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. Our mission is to provide our members with diverse opportunities of professional development through events held during the academic year. Our chapter belongs to the Land Surveyors Institute of the CIAPR (College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico) which assists students with professional networking, enrichment seminars, and more. Throughout our activities we look to connect high school students, undergraduate students, and professionals.
Our organization objectives for this academic year are:

Attract new students to the Surveying field.

Encourage the development and interest of the profession.

Provide guidance to other institutions including high schools, about the content of Surveying, new developmentents and the necessity of our country.

Give our members the opportunity to participate in projects or investigations related to Surveying.
